Yield Sebagai Instrumen Dalam Penilaian Property

Sebagian Investor property memperoleh keuntungan dengan cara menyewakan property-nya. Harga sewa cenderung naik, disebabkan property memiliki sifat kelangkaan tanah (scarcity of land or property).
